I am really itching to try these, but will need to wait until I get my new mixer. Keeping my fingers crossed Kitchen Aid is on top of things.
For the record, on this show he wasn't using KA, he was using Viking. I was reading up on these Stand Mixers on Monday and they are suppose to rock for dough.
I really miss my mixer, mixing dough in the bread machine is not the same.

What happened to your mixer? If it is broken, I bet you are going crazy!
The motor died. I have only had it since December. I got the packaging slips to send it back yesterday, they say to expect another one in about 10 days. I am upgrading to a higher watts mixer.
Must say, customer service at KA is not that great. But when I found out they were bought out by Whirlpool I wasn't surprised.
We have been buying crusty rolls from Safeway for lunches.
