Heat

It is really frustrating trying to get the older 3 to bed on time. urgh!!! We are in a bit of a heat wave. It's hard with the kids because they are staying up later and they are tired and cranky.

Rhys had P.E. yesterday and the teacher had them running around in the gym. Well the gym is really hot too. He came home from school just ready to pass out. We had to rush and bath him fast in cool water. He is tired and just not feeling great today, he stayed home from school, he was sad because his choir was going to White Rock, but I didn't want him out in the sun. It's all catching up with him, he is still up after 10 p.m. every night and playing ball in the heat a few days a week.

Rhys is the best too for taking and drinking his water. I had to fight with Liam on Monday to take his to soccer, he pretended he forgot it, I had to run after him to come back. Boys!!!
