Muffin Throwdown!

Well I lost today, I was defeated by my oldest. I attempted oatmeal blueberry muffins and he made jam muffins. Mine ended up in the garbage and his turned out lovely. He has made a few batches of these now, they are yummy. Liam got the recipe in his school cooking class. In my defense, I was tired, I used baking soda instead of baking powder. I have never done that before, how embarrassing, lol. I guess all these nights of broken sleep are catching up with me.
