We made cookies this morning, what a treat using my new mixer, mixed up enough batter for 7 dozen cookies lovely. My only regret with this mixer is not getting it sooner. Now, let's see how long they last. I have already put a dozen in a zip lock back for Liam to keep in his room, as last time his brothers ate them all before he even had any.
